Cut Your Bills LTD was founded in 2026 with a simple idea: business owners deserve clear explanations before committing to another contract. Built from first-hand experience of running a small business, we know how much time and money everyday bills can consume. We help businesses explore offers from our available supplier and partner network, understand the terms and make their own decisions.
We are a commercial broker. We compare offers from participating providers. If you go ahead, we may receive commission from a supplier or partner. For energy contracts, we explain our commission before you commit. Savings are not guaranteed.
Business Owner to Business Owner – it all started with my own bills.
The story of Cut Your Bills LTD began with my everyday experience of running a business.
As the owner of Bistro Przy Rondzie in Mitcham, South London, I know just how much hard work and dedication it takes to run a small business. Rising energy bills, card payment fees, broadband and other overheads can eat into the money we work so hard to earn.
For years, I used large energy brokers, trusting that the offers they presented were competitive.
But when one of my contracts came up for renewal, I decided to take a closer look at the proposed rates. I started comparing my options and negotiating the terms myself.
To my surprise, I secured a better offer than the ones the brokers had previously presented.
That experience showed me how important it is to compare offers carefully and understand the costs behind a contract.
I began to wonder how many other small business owners might be paying more than they need to, simply because they do not have the time to review bills, compare rates and negotiate terms.
That was when the idea came to me: if I could find a better solution for my own business, why not try to help other business owners do the same?
I wanted to build a company founded on honesty, transparency and a genuine understanding of small businesses. A company where the customer's interests matter more than simply getting a contract signed.
On 21 October 2026, Cut Your Bills LTD was officially incorporated.
Behind the company is a small restaurant owner who has faced the challenges of running a business first-hand and decided to use that experience to help others.
CUT YOUR BILLS LTD – Business Owner to Business Owner.
Because I believe more of the money business owners work so hard for should stay in their businesses.
Tell us a little about your business. We will get back to you about the next steps. Please do not send bank details or sensitive information through this form.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
CUT YOUR BILLS LTD | Company No. 17532397 | England and Wales
Registered office: 160 London Road, Mitcham, CR4 3LD, United Kingdom
Contact: cutyourbills.ltd@gmail.com | 07940 825148 | cutyourbillsltd.co.uk
These Terms apply to non-domestic business customers using our business energy comparison and brokerage services. Please read them before signing a Letter of Authority or instructing us to arrange a supply contract.
“We”, “us” and “Cut Your Bills” mean Cut Your Bills Ltd. “Customer” means the non-domestic business using our services. “Supplier” means a third-party provider of electricity or gas. “Quotation” means an indicative or formal offer from a Supplier. “Supply Contract” means the contract made directly between the Customer and Supplier. “Letter of Authority” or “LOA” means the written or electronic permission given by the Customer for the specified purposes stated in that letter. “Commission” means remuneration paid to us or through our intermediary arrangements in connection with an introduced or arranged Supply Contract.
We assist eligible UK businesses to review existing electricity and gas arrangements, request quotations from participating Suppliers, explain the options and, when expressly instructed, help arrange a Supply Contract. We may use an authorised intermediary or platform partner to obtain information, pricing and contract documents. Our quotations are drawn from the Suppliers accessible to us through our commercial arrangements, not necessarily the whole market. We do not guarantee that any quotation is the cheapest available.
Other services, including business water, broadband and card-payment solutions, are not covered by these energy Terms unless separately agreed in writing and supported by the relevant service-specific terms.
The Customer must provide accurate business details, site addresses, relevant supply information and the identity of an authorised decision-maker, and must promptly notify us of changes. We may request the Customer’s permission to obtain meter, consumption, contract-end and other relevant data from Suppliers, industry databases or our platform partner. A recent bill is helpful but is not a condition of requesting an initial comparison.
Signing an LOA authorises only the actions stated in that LOA. An LOA does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of a new Supply Contract unless the signed document expressly and clearly states otherwise. We will not knowingly enter the Customer into a Supply Contract without the Customer’s specific authorisation or acceptance in the manner required by the Supplier.
Prices and availability may change before the Supplier accepts a contract. Quotations may depend on estimated consumption, meter details, credit checks, contract length, standing charges, taxes and other Supplier conditions. The Customer should check the complete proposed contract, rates, term, start date, payment conditions and any termination provisions before accepting.
The Supply Contract is between the Customer and the Supplier, not Cut Your Bills Ltd. A Supplier may reject an application, change a quote or require further information. The Customer remains responsible for payment of Supplier invoices and for complying with the Supply Contract. We will explain material changes of which we become aware before acceptance where reasonably practicable.
Our initial comparison service is provided without a separate fee charged directly to the Customer. If the Customer enters into a Supply Contract through our introduction, we may receive Commission from the Supplier, directly or via our intermediary partner. That Commission may be reflected in the rates or other charges paid by the Customer, including a pence-per-kWh uplift, and may vary by Supplier, contract term, consumption and commercial arrangements.
Before the Customer commits to a proposed Supply Contract, we will disclose the applicable Commission arrangements and the amount or method of calculation in a clear, understandable form, including any relevant estimate over the contract term. The Customer may ask us for a breakdown of our expected remuneration and the participating Suppliers. We do not charge a separate brokerage fee unless this has been expressly agreed in writing in advance.
The Customer may stop using our comparison service before accepting a Supply Contract without paying us a cancellation fee. Once a Supply Contract has been accepted, cancellation, termination, renewal and change-of-occupier rules are governed by the applicable Supplier contract and law; the Supplier may impose charges or restrictions. The Customer should notify us promptly of proposed changes or cancellation so that we can help clarify the relevant steps.
Cut Your Bills Ltd does not impose its own brokerage cancellation or lost-commission recovery charge under these Terms. Any different charge would require a separate, express written agreement accepted before the relevant commitment. No renewal or new Supply Contract will be agreed on the Customer’s behalf without the authority required for that transaction.
We will perform our brokerage services with reasonable care and skill and provide information in good faith. We do not control Supplier prices, credit decisions, industry transfers, network availability, meter readings or Supplier performance. Estimates and comparisons are based on information available at the time and are not a guarantee of savings or uninterrupted supply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any other limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law; nothing here affects rights that cannot legally be waived.
The Customer must ensure the person giving instructions has authority to act for the business, check contract documents before signing, keep Supplier accounts and payments up to date, and notify us of material changes in premises, occupancy, meter arrangements or supply requirements. The Customer must not rely on an estimate as a substitute for the binding terms of a Supplier contract.
If dissatisfied, please contact us at cutyourbills.ltd@gmail.com or 07940 825148. We aim to acknowledge and investigate complaints promptly in accordance with our published Complaints Procedure. We are a member of the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman (DRO) alternative dispute resolution scheme for eligible energy-broker complaints. Eligible Customers may refer unresolved disputes to DRO in accordance with the scheme rules and applicable eligibility and timing requirements. Full details are provided in our Complaints Procedure.
We process business contact information and, where necessary, personal data to respond to enquiries, obtain quotes, administer authority, communicate with Suppliers and our intermediary partners, and fulfil legal obligations. We share information only where necessary for those purposes or otherwise permitted by law. Details of processing, lawful bases, retention and data-subject rights are set out in our separate Privacy Policy. The Customer should not send sensitive personal information unless specifically requested for a legitimate purpose.
We may communicate by email, telephone or electronic platforms using the details provided. Where legally valid and supported by the relevant platform, electronic signatures and electronic records may be used for LOAs and Supply Contracts. The Customer should retain copies of all documents and confirm that communications come from an authorised representative.
These Terms apply from the date the Customer instructs us to provide the relevant brokerage service or signs an LOA referring to them. Either party may stop the ongoing brokerage relationship by written notice, subject to any outstanding authorised transaction and any binding Supply Contract between the Customer and Supplier. Ending our brokerage relationship does not automatically terminate a Supply Contract.
We may update these Terms for future engagements by publishing a revised version and informing affected Customers where appropriate. A change will not retrospectively alter a completed agreement without a valid legal basis or the Customer’s consent where required. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply to the extent lawful. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal protections.

CUT YOUR BILLS LTD (company no. 17532397), 160 London Road, Mitcham, CR4 3LD, UK, is the controller of personal data described here. Contact: cutyourbills.ltd@gmail.com; 07940 825148. We help businesses compare energy, card payments, broadband, telecoms and water services.
We may collect your name, business name, contact details, business address, service requested, messages, and—where needed for a quotation—supplier contracts, invoices, consumption and payment-processing statements. Our website providers may process technical data including IP addresses and security information. Please do not send special-category personal data through the enquiry form.
We answer enquiries and arrange requested quotations. Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR applies where you personally ask us to take steps before entering a contract with you. Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interests, generally applies to communications with business representatives, supplier comparisons, customer relationship management and website security; our interests are providing requested brokerage services and protecting our business, subject to balancing individuals' rights. Article 6(1)(c) applies to legal and accounting duties. Article 6(1)(a) applies where we rely on consent, such as marketing requiring consent under PECR. We assess the correct basis for each activity; a Letter of Authority is not automatically UK GDPR consent.
To obtain quotations and arrange requested services, we may share necessary information with participating energy brokers, payment-service providers, broadband and water partners. Partners may act as independent controllers and provide their own privacy notices. Cloudflare, Resend and Google may process information to host the site, protect the form and deliver business email. We do not sell contact lists.
We normally keep enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship for no more than 12 months after our last meaningful contact, unless a dispute or legal requirement justifies longer retention. For customers and completed transactions, we retain relevant records for the relationship and as long thereafter as necessary for applicable legal, accounting or claims purposes. Technical records follow the applicable provider settings and contractual retention periods. We review and delete or anonymise information when no longer needed.
Some providers, including Resend, Google and Cloudflare, may process or access personal information outside the UK. Resend states that message content and logs may be stored in the United States. Where UK transfer rules apply, we rely on an applicable adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
Cloudflare provides hosting and may provide Turnstile anti-spam protection. Resend delivers form messages to our business Gmail inbox. Our site may save a language preference in your browser and load fonts from Google. Necessary security technologies may operate without consent where an applicable PECR exception applies; we will seek consent before using non-exempt cookies or similar technologies. This notice must be updated if website tracking or providers change.
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Email cutyourbills.ltd@gmail.com to exercise your rights.
You do not have to submit an enquiry, but without sufficient contact and service information we may not be able to respond or prepare a quotation. We may ask for further documents only when necessary for a requested comparison.
We do not ourselves make solely automated decisions about individuals producing legal or similarly significant effects. Third-party providers may apply their own underwriting or eligibility criteria and should explain their processes separately.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and service-provider security measures, to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely risk-free.
Please contact cutyourbills.ltd@gmail.com about privacy concerns. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk.
